Founded in 2013, Earnest is a mission-driven fintech lender focused on helping young professionals navigate the complexity of student loans and personal debt.

I led design for a platform migration across Earnest’s lending products, balancing strategic systems thinking with hands-on execution. The initiative re-architected Earnest from a single-product experience into a scalable, multi-product platform and included a full end-to-end redesign of Earnest’s multi-million dollar flagship Refinance product.
